Rosses Point Church
| Earliest reference to the church dates to 1854 when the foundation stone was laid. The church was built to cater for the growing number of tourists. Initially the clergy of Drumcliffe conducted the services. | ![]() |
In 1932 the Church was united with Drumcliffe Parish and this was the situation until Rosses Point united with Sligo in 1961 |

The interior of the church is beautifully simple without plaques. It has recently been re-roofed. A new car park has now been completed. Each year the Church organises a Supper Dance and a Sunday Lunch. The Early Music Ensemble and The Amaryllis Singers use the Church for occasional concerts. |

Bring and Bye Sale In May we had a sale in Vivienne Draper’s home which made over 500.00 euro for the Sligo Protestant Orphan Society. Thanks to Vivienne for her kind hospitality for the evening. All enjoyed the evening, spending a few Euros and the social get together. |
